European Union Customers

Consumers residing in European Union countries have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable European legislation.

Orders Outside the EU

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the right of withdrawal does not automatically apply. Any return requests will be evaluated in accordance with the applicable terms of sale and the laws of the destination country.

Packaging

  • all accessories included;
  • manuals and supplied items present;
  • protective films and seals still in place, unless removed solely to inspect the product.
